Description
A busy Dallas‑based boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team on a contract‑to‑permanent hire basis. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands‑on litigation work and can step in and contribute quickly.
What You’ll Do
Draft and respond to discovery
Prepare and argue motions
Attend and handle hearings (level of responsibility based on experience)
Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Support a variety of civil litigation matters, including real estate‑related disputes
Requirements
What They’re Looking For
1–5 years of litigation experience (civil, commercial, real estate, construction, HOA/POA, or foreclosure preferred, but not required)
Attorneys from personal injury or other litigation practices who want to transition into broader civil litigation are encouraged to apply
Comfortable in the courtroom and willing to take ownership of matters
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to think independently and manage multiple priorities
Active Texas law license required
Work Environment
On‑site, collaborative office setting
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30am–5:30pm
