AT&T Lead HR Business Partner in Dallas, Texas
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

As a Lead HR Business Partner, you’ll join a highly collaborative HR team that partners closely with Sales organizations to help deliver real business results. You’ll work side‑by‑side with sales leaders to shape talent strategies, strengthen engagement, and enable high‑performing teams in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment.

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale and retention.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead HR Business Partner earns between $130,700 - $196,100 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
