Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager: Security Services, you will oversee a project team to deliver Cybersecurity Services solutions to clients, utilizing the latest methods and assets to ensure project success. You will be accountable for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying your knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings to drive project planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Project Scope and Deliverables: Oversee project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Establish effective communication plans with the project team and the client, providing day-to-day direction and regular project status updates.

• Lead Project Planning and Tracking: Utilize the latest methods and assets, such as reference architectures and business measurements, to plan and track project progress. Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

• Oversee Contractual and Financial Performance: Manage internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Harvest Intellectual Capital: At the end of the engagement, gather intellectual capital, obtain references, and forward recommendations to the opportunity owner, driving continuous improvement and growth.

• Establish Effective Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans with the project team and the client, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Cybersecurity Service Offerings Knowledge: Experience with Cybersecurity service offerings, including planning, tracking, change control, and risk management, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects, utilizing the latest methods and assets, such as reference architectures and business measurements.

• Resource Management: Experience with managing project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Contractual and Financial Management: Experience with managing internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating risks, applying knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings to ensure project success.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Deep Understanding of Cybersecurity: Experience with Cybersecurity service offerings, including planning, tracking, change control, and risk management, to ensure successful project delivery. Knowledge of the latest Cybersecurity threats and trends is beneficial.

• Advanced Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects, utilizing the latest methods and assets, such as reference architectures and business measurements, to drive project success. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is advantageous.

• Strong Leadership Skills: Experience in leading high-performing teams, establishing effective communication plans, and providing day-to-day direction to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
