Come be part of our Human Resources Team as the Human Resources Manager – Talent Acquisition Focus at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space.
This will be an on-property role and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

About the Role
The Human Resources Manager – Talent Acquisition Focus plays a critical role in ensuring our hotel is staffed with exceptional colleagues who bring Hyatt’s purpose to life. This position is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of recruitment—from workforce planning through onboarding—while driving consistency, efficiency, and quality in all hiring practices.
You will partner closely with hotel leadership to anticipate staffing needs, strengthen hiring manager capability, and ensure every hiring decision reflects Hyatt’s service culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and workforce demands
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and critical roles
Implement sourcing strategies including referrals, community outreach, and partnerships
Hiring Process Excellence
Establish consistent and efficient hiring processes across departments
Coach managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
Drive timely hiring decisions while maintaining quality and brand alignment
Remove barriers to improve speed-to-fill
Onboarding & New Colleague Experience
Oversee onboarding for all new hires
Facilitate Welcome to Hyatt orientation programs
Ensure completion of training requirements and onboarding compliance
Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and Hyatt standards
Oversee background checks, documentation, and audit readiness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Colleague Experience & Engagement
Support colleague needs in partnership with leadership
Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment
Assist with colleague events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and turnover
Use data insights to improve hiring outcomes and retention
Identify trends and implement solutions to strengthen workforce stability
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For | Qualifications
Experience & Education
Bilingual Spanish highly desirable
2–4 years of HR experience, including Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
Hospitality or high-volume hiring experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Skills & Attributes

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
