Naylor Commercial specializes in architectural finishes and coatings for complex commercial projects. Were currently looking for a Foreman to join our team, overseeing field operations on high-impact jobs across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Working with your Operations team and directly onsite, youll be responsible for both the technical execution and quality performance of the project you manage.
Objectives
Ensure projects are delivered successfully safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a Foreman at Naylor Commercial, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the work aligns with contract documents, specifications, and safety protocols.
Coordinating with the Superintendent to develop project phases and task sequencing, ensuring resources and schedules align with project goals.
Defining and managing labor needs, material requirements, and client expectations for each project phase.
Conducting site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
Leading job site meetings with internal teams, other trade partners, and clients to review schedules, progress, and potential challenges.
Collaborating closely with the Superintendent on project tracking, budget management, and timeline adjustments as needed.
Ensuring that safety standards and quality are upheld at all times on site.
Providing leadership and guidance to field staff, ensuring effective communication and a smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Tools
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suiteis preferred
Familiarity with construction management platforms such as
Autodesk Build,
Procore, or
BIM360is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate between field teams, other trade partners, and office staff.
Ability to read, interpret, and act on construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Basic knowledge of
our trade(architectural finishes and coatings) is
mandatoryto ensure technical proficiency and successful project execution.
Knowledge of project safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
