Insight Global FlowCal QA & UAT Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a FlowCal QA & UAT Analyst to join a large natural gas distributor company in Dallas, Texas. This individual will own both User Acceptance Testing (UAT/UA) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities, executing approximately 160 existing business test cases to ensure the new system meets functional and business requirements. To do this effectively, they must have a strong understanding of the FlowCal system to accurately navigate workflows and validate expected behavior. In addition to manual testing, this person will also be responsible for automating the existing test cases using Eggplant, helping improve test coverage, efficiency, and long‑term test sustainability as part of the rollout.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the FlowCal measurement application
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing
• Experience supporting large-scale system migration projects
• Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Hands-on experience in QA automation
• Strong expertise with QA automation tools, specifically Eggplant
• Previous experience providing application support in production or enterprise environments
