Actalent Field Service Engineer in Dallas, Texas

Description

Job Title: Controls Engineer This position involves traveling to large material handling sites to perform controls qualifications, specifically I/O checks, on newly installed equipment. The position ideally suits someone based in a central location, with projects primarily located in the western region. Responsibilities: -Travel to various sites up to 80% of the time, with an estimated schedule of Monday to Friday over three weeks, followed by a one-week break. -Perform I/O checks on 10-20 conveyance lines at material handling sites. - .- Engage in PLC programming and debug with vendor, primarily Ladder Logic with Allen Bradley, comprising 75% of the role. - Ensure vendor quality assurance and compliance with IQ/OQ standards. Essential Skills: -5+ years of experience in PLC Programming .- Ability to travel extensively. Work Environment: When not traveling, candidates have the flexibility to work remotely from home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
