CTG Data Scientist (Advanced Analytics / Machine Learning) in Dallas, Texas
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. This role focuses on building predictive models, performing deep statistical analysis, and delivering actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, time-series).
Perform exploratory data analysis and translate findings into business insights.
Design and execute A/B testing and experimental frameworks.
Build predictive models and forecasting solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
Work with large datasets in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Required Skills:
Programming: SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost), R
Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Git, Azure
Core Expertise: Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Data Visualization, A/B Testing, Forecasting, Data Mining
Preferred Expertise:
Experience with SPSS, SAS, MATLAB
Knowledge of causal inference, stochastic processes, nonlinear dynamics, and advanced statistical methods
Experience:
2+ years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
Proven track record deploying models in production environments
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s or PhD preferred, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
