The Controls Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality, and compliant electrical and control solutions. This leadership role involves ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, maintaining engineering standards, driving innovation, and delivering projects on time and within budget while adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance in all engineering processes.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in electrical and controls engineering, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in industry-standard programming platforms such as Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, EcoStruxure, Ignition, and VS Code.
Proficiency in software languages including Python, C++, SQL, ladder logic, structured text, function block diagrams, and sequential flow charts.
Proficiency in Communication/IoT protocols such as MQTT, Ethernet I/P, and OPC UA.
Understanding of electrical principles, power distribution, controls, and regulatory standards like NEC and UL508a.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MS or PhD in a related Engineering degree is preferred.
Experience with Pump stations and/or water treatment systems is preferred.
Strong engineering management skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment with an onsite role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with a flexible start time ranging from 5:30 am to 9 am. Engineering and manufacturing are located at the same facility, and no travel is required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
