Overview
We are seeking a
CI/CD DevOps Engineer with strong Windows engineering, automation, and
PowerShell development experience to support enterprise‑level security
initiatives. This role focuses on automating legacy applications into modern
infrastructure-as-code environments and integrating with enterprise credential
vaulting platforms (CyberArk / HashiCorp).
This opportunity
supports one of the most highly funded security programs in the U.S. financial

stability.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Engineering & Automation
Engineer and deploy virtualized Windows environments (web servers, SQL Server, domain controllers, etc.)
Build automation scripts in PowerShell (from scratch) to support CI/CD pipelines and credential/secret management
Deploy Windows-based services securely with maximum automation
Create and manage custom WIM and bootable Windows images
Implement secure configuration and lockdown of Windows systems
Support and develop PowerShell deployment packages
CyberArk / HashiCorp Vault Integration
Support the technical approach and architecture for vaulting solutions
Integrate applications and services with CyberArk (CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA, Vault)
Automate processes across CyberArk product suites
Perform break/fix support, upgrades, patches, password rotations, account provisioning, and Tier-2 troubleshooting
Create automated reporting and resolve discrepancies
Support load, performance, and validation testing for vaulting functions
Security / Infrastructure
Manage SSL/TLS certificates and PKI processes
Support IIS deployments and integrate applications with SQL Server
Administer enterprise backup processes using Commvault
Contribute to identity, access, and privileged access management initiatives
Required Skills
Strong experience in PowerShell automation (primary skill)
Windows Server engineering in virtualized environments
IIS deployment and SQL Server connectivity
Cryptography / PKI – SSL, TLS, certificate management
Experience with CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault
Windows OS hardening, securing, and lockdown
Building custom WIM images and custom Windows boot images
Enterprise backup experience with Commvault
CI/CD pipeline experience
LDAP, SSL, Group Policy, Active Directory
AWS & Cloud technologies
C# (secondary) development a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
