CBRE Associate Project Manager- Retail Bank Construction in Dallas, Texas
Aboutthe role
TheAssociate Project Manager provides advanced administrative support to theProject Management team leading retail bank construction renovations and ground up projects.
Thisjob is part of the Project Management function responsible for the managementof projects from initiation through completion.
Whatyou’ll do
SupportProject Management team to manage all facets of project management (budget,schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial realestate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.
Implementproject documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, andcoordinated.
Trackthe progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, andapproved timelines. Reports status and variances. Craft action plans to meetobjectives, budget, and schedule.
Maylead smaller projects as assigned. May lead third-party project deliveryresources/team (typically smaller team) and be responsible for trackingperformance and motivating team members.
Applygeneral knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplish assigned tasks and address routine problems.
Havea broad understanding and knowledge of your field and some knowledge of severaljob subject areas within the function.

Whatyou’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working understanding in MS Project or other project management software is beneficial. Experience utilizing PMWeb project management software and SAP financial software is desirable.
Previous AEC experience preferred and should include construction project management, owner's rep, or project management experience for commercial projects. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred with 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with specific experience in building data-driven metrics and partnering with executive leadership.
Demonstrated track record of driving growth initiatives through financial analysis and strategic recommendations within a line of business environment.
Experience in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar) and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Expert-level Excel skills including advanced modeling, pivot tables, VBA, and financial modeling techniques.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software (Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar platforms).
Strong statistical analysis and forecasting capabilities with experience in predictive modeling and scenario planning.
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
Experience building and presenting executive-level dashboards and reports that influence strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication abilities to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information with executive stakeholders.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Technical Sustainability Manager position is $125,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
