Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for an Associate Inventory Accounting & Control (Level 2) in Dallas, TX.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
Train and guide other teammates on expanded reporting capabilities
Engage with the business partners to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
Establish or enhance processes and tools to optimize functional effectiveness.
Wall-to-Wall Physical Inventory Audits – Travel 20%
Inventory Stock Verification
Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Operations
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookup, pivot tables, charts and filters
Work experience with SAP, including reporting capabilities
Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable research
3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and demanding team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $75,000 - $88,000
