Insight Global Accounts Receivable Lead in Dallas, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable seller to oversee daily workflows, supports complex billing and collection activities, and serves as the primary point of contact for Insurance-related AR questions. The Team Lead will play a critical role in ensuring timely collections and continuous process improvement through close partnership with Seller Billing Technology and cross-functional teams.
Day to day:
-Lead daily Insurance/A/R collections and billing operations.
-Assign, prioritize, and monitor workload across the Insurance AR team.
-Manage billing research, corrections, refunds, owner‑retained units, and complex adjustments.
-Serve as primary escalation point for complex or sensitive collection issues.
-Ensure compliance with seller contracts, billing requirements, and SLAs.
-Monitor productivity, aging trends, account status, and capacity risks.
-Train, coach, onboard, and cross‑train Insurance AR team members.
-Partner with Technology to improve billing workflows, automation, and system processes.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections experience
Strong understanding of AR processes, billing workflows, and collections
Experience handling complex or high-volume accounts
Ability to lead daily operations and make informed operational decisions Experience supporting Insurance accounts
Experience with third-party billing and repo-related systems
Prior mentoring, training, or acting lead experience
