Job Title: Account Development Executive – Dallas (Field Sales)

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Job Description

This field-based role focuses on recruiting local businesses into a new delivery partner program in the Dallas area. You will visit prospective businesses, present the program, qualify interested partners, and guide them through the application process while managing your pipeline in Salesforce. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will also help plan and execute community recruitment events and build relationships with local organizations. The position involves regular regional travel and offers uncapped commission based on the number of partners you successfully convert.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to generate new leads.

  • Present and pitch the delivery partner program opportunity to prospective businesses and create interest in applying.

  • Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through the full application and onboarding process.

  • Own and manage all lead and prospect activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.

  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and reporting completeness.

  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.

  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and resolving issues during the application process.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and urgency in all interactions, representing the program positively in the local community.

  • Travel within a radius of up to approximately four hours round trip daily to cover assigned territories and meet activity goals.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

  • Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions in a sales or customer-facing role.

  • High level of professionalism, with enthusiasm for working with others and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience working across multiple systems and technology tools.

  • Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round trip daily to visit prospective businesses.

  • For designated roles, bilingual fluency in Spanish or Hindi (Indian), as required for specific positions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior field sales experience is a strong plus.

  • Previous experience in roles that involved direct sales and/or negotiation with customers is highly beneficial.

  • Comfort working independently in a field-based environment while collaborating with a remote team.

  • Motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped commission structures.

  • Ability to build relationships with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage territory, travel, and follow-up activities.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish for one position.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi (Indian) for one position.

Work Environment

This is a primarily field-based role, with work in the field 4–5 days per week visiting local businesses across the Dallas area and surrounding towns within a driving radius of up to approximately four hours round trip. When not in the field, you work from home to complete follow-ups, manage your Salesforce pipeline, and prepare for upcoming visits and events. You regularly collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors, and you engage with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. The role uses technology extensively, including Salesforce as the primary CRM and Excel for data management. The position offers uncapped commission, with average annual commission potential in the range of $15,000–$25,000 and the opportunity to exceed this based on performance, plus structured per-partner incentives and mileage reimbursement. After a successful six-month performance review, you become eligible for paid time off. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.
