ManpowerGroup Bilingual Customer Service Associate in Dallas, North Carolina
Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order entry and client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Associate
Location: Dallas, NC
Pay Range: $50K–$55K salary
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
Accurately process and manage order entries and purchase orders with high speed and precision
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism
Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions using ERP and CRM systems
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, providing excellent service and support
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and order entry roles
Proficiency in customer service software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
