IHG Sales Manager 销售经理 in Dali, China

  1. 制定并实施酒店年度销售计划与市场拓展策略,完成客房、餐饮、会议及宴会等多渠道销售目标;
  2. 开发和维护企业客户、旅行社、会展公司、OTA平台及本地高端客群等多元化客户资源,建立长期稳定合作关系;
  3. 统筹协调前厅、餐饮、市场及运营等部门,推动销售线索转化、合同签署、活动落地及客户满意度提升;
  4. 分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户消费行为,定期提交销售分析与市场反馈报告,支持经营决策优化;
  5. 管理销售团队日常运作,包括目标分解、过程督导、绩效评估、业务培训及人才梯队建设。

  6. 酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销或相关专业优先;

  7. 具备4年以上高星级酒店销售工作经验,其中至少2年担任销售主管或以上管理岗位;
  8. 熟悉酒店各营收部门运营逻辑,具备大型会议、婚宴、企业协议客户等项目策划与执行能力;
  9. 具备优秀的客户谈判能力、资源整合能力及数据分析能力,熟练使用Opera、CRM等酒店管理系统;
  10. 具备良好的职业素养与服务意识,无违法违纪记录,认同行业服务标准与企业合规管理要求。
