Job Summary
We are seeking an Aerospace Engineer specializing in controls and modeling to support the development of a digital test environment and test bed for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). This role involves working within a joint Government–Contractor engineering team to develop high-fidelity models and simulation capabilities supporting missile performance analysis, testing, and concept development.
The position focuses on controls, modeling, and analysis, rather than mechanical or structural aerospace work. Candidates should have a strong analytical background and be comfortable working in a highly technical environment involving advanced weapons systems.
Preferred candidates will have experience working with control systems, modeling, or simulation related to aerospace or weapons systems. They should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex technical projects while maintaining a high level of technical rigor and accountability. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience addressing complex engineering challenges and developing effective technical solutions. Candidates should also have experience supporting or developing high-fidelity models, system simulations, or digital test environments, with the ability to analyze system performance and contribute to testing and evaluation activities. Strong technical curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts are essential for success in this role.
