We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Chungchung Province, Korea.
Position Purpose:
The main purpose of this position is to promote and sell equipment of the full range of Videojet Industrial (Inkjet, TTO, Laser & LPA, etc) equipment to direct customers in Korea. And also managing customers.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Drive sales of all Videojet equipment/consumables/Services including CIJ, LCM, TTO, Laser, LPA/LA at above market rates
Maintain and grow sales within existing customers through regular calls and visits. Ensure all customer needs are being attended to actively.
Active prospecting of new customers within Chungchung Province, generate & follow up on new sales leads.
Direct sales responsibilities for equipment sales and achieve direct sales targets to direct customers.
Maintain and manage Customer Database (CRM) for territory assigned
Prepare progress, funnel and forecast reports on a weekly basis for the Sales Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree. A technical or Engineering qualification is desirable.
Work experience
Must have 5-7 years of industrial equipment sales experience. Ideally in an industrial/manufacturing equipment sales environment.
Experience in sales of equipment.
Dealt with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments
Understands our customers, has sold into part of our customer base: Food, Beverage, Pharma, Household, Extrusion, Wire & Cable, Automotive etc.
Skills required:
Selling skills : understands the sales process
Time/Project management, organization and planning
Monitoring and strong follow-up with customers
Comfortable with computers. Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel.
Familiar with CRM / Sales Database and a “sales funnel”, preferably have experience with Salesforce
Special qualifications:
Bilingual Able (Korean / English) preferred
Driver license is a must

본 포지션의 주요 목적은 한국의 충청지역 내 직접 고객을 대상으로 Videojet Industrial의 전 제품군(잉크젯, TTO, 레이저, LPA 등) 장비를 홍보하고 판매하는 것입니다. 또한 기존 고객을 관리하고 관계를 유지·확대하는 역할을 수행합니다.
주요 책임 (Primary Responsibilities)
CIJ, LCM, TTO, Laser, LPA/LA를 포함한 모든 Videojet 장비, 소모품 및 서비스의 매출을 시장 평균 이상의 수준으로 달성
정기적인 고객 방문 및 미팅을 통해 기존 고객 매출 유지 및 성장, 고객의 요구사항을 적극적으로 파악·대응
담당 지역 내 신규 고객 발굴(Prospecting) 및 신규 영업 기회 창출과 후속 관리
직접 고객을 대상으로 한 장비 직판 영업 수행 및 매출 목표 달성
담당 지역의 고객 데이터베이스(CRM) 유지 및 관리
영업 관리자(Sales Manager)를 위한 주간 진행 현황, 파이프라인 및 매출 예측 보고서 작성
지식, 기술 및 역량 (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
학력 (Education)
학사 학위
기술 또는 공학 관련 전공 우대
경력 (Work Experience)
산업용 장비 영업 경력 57년 필수
제조/산업 장비 영업 환경 경험자 우대
장비 영업 경험 필수
제조 현장 등 다양한 고객 레벨과의 업무 경험
식음료(Food & Beverage), 제약(Pharma), 생활용품(Household), 압출(Extrusion), 전선 및 케이블(Wire & Cable), 자동차(Automotive) 등 당사 주요 고객군에 대한 이해 또는 영업 경험 보유자 우대
필요 역량 (Skills Required)
영업 프로세스를 이해한 우수한 영업 역량
시간 및 프로젝트 관리, 조직력 및 계획 수립 능력
고객에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 강력한 Follow-up 역량
컴퓨터 활용 능숙자 (MS Office 숙련, Excel 실무 활용 가능자)
CRM/영업 데이터베이스 및 세일즈 퍼널에 대한 이해, Salesforce 사용 경험자 우대
특별 자격요건 (Special Qualifications)
한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자 선호
운전면허 소지자 필수
