ManpowerGroup Maintennce Worker in Dacula, Georgia
Our client, a leader in the construction and maintenance industry, is seeking a Maintennce Worker to join their team. As a Maintennce Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the team responsible for ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Dacula, GA
Pay Range: $18.50
Shift: 2nd Shift
What's the Job?
Maintain Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times, including Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Steel Toe Boots, and Eye and Hearing Protection.
Call attention to unsafe working practices and ensure the work area is safe and clean.
Assist senior maintenance staff in cleaning and repairing shoring equipment and accessories in an organized manner.
Follow the schedule for maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment as directed by senior staff.
Support in keeping the work area clean and orderly, especially in the P3 shoring work environment.
What's Needed?
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and adherence to safety standards.
Basic understanding of material counting and use of power tools (training provided if needed).
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, extreme cold, heat, and damp environments.
Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to work well with others.
