Our client, a leader in the construction and maintenance industry, is seeking a General Labor - Bilingual to join their team. As a General Labor - Bilingual, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the team in Dacula, GA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to safety, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Maintain Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times, including Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Steel Toe Boots, and Eye and Hearing Protection.
Assist in cleaning and repairing shoring equipment and accessories in an organized manner.
Follow the schedule for maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment as directed by senior team members.
Support in keeping the work area clean, safe, and orderly, especially in the P3 shoring work area.
Ensure safety practices are followed and report any unsafe working conditions.
What's Needed?
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
High School Diploma preferred.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and ability to adhere to safety standards.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with team members.

¿Cuál será tu trabajo?
Mantener el Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) en todo momento, incluyendo casco, chaleco de seguridad, botas con punta de acero y protección ocular y auditiva.
Ayudar en la limpieza y reparación del equipo y accesorios de apuntalamiento de manera organizada.
Seguir el cronograma de mantenimiento, limpieza y almacenamiento del equipo según las instrucciones de los miembros senior del equipo.
Apoyar en mantener el área de trabajo limpia, segura y ordenada, especialmente en el área de trabajo de apuntalamiento P3.
Asegurar que se sigan las prácticas de seguridad y reportar cualquier condición insegura.
¿Qué necesitas?
Al menos 1 año de experiencia relevante en un rol similar.
Diploma de secundaria preferido.
Capacidad para levantar objetos de hasta 50 libras.
Conocimiento de las regulaciones de OSHA y capacidad para cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.
Ser bilingüe en inglés y español para comunicarse eficazmente con los miembros del equipo.
