- General Description
Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Project Management
Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress against KPIs and deliverables
Ensure projects stay within budget and timeline constraints
Technical Engineering Leadership
Provide technical oversight and engineering expertise
Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations
Conduct technical feasibility studies and assessments
Quality & Safety Management
Implement quality assurance protocols and standards
Ensure workplace safety compliance (OSHA, local regulations)
Conduct inspections and audits
Manage risk mitigation strategies
Team Leadership
Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors
Conduct performance evaluations and training
Foster collaborative working relationships
Resolve conflicts and manage personnel issues
Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities
Prepare progress reports and presentations
Manage client expectations and satisfaction
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project records and documentation
Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting
Prepare technical reports and specifications
Track change orders and contract amendments
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering up
Have the License of Construction Supervision, grade 1
Have the certificate of Labor safety, group 1
Fluent in writing and speaking English
