Was Dich erwartet:
Unterstützung der Teams im administrativen Tagesgeschäft
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Verträgen / Vereinbarungen mit externen Partnern
Pflege und Aktualisierung der Mitgliederdatenbanken
Recherche und Analyse von Wettbewerbsveranstaltungen
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings (intern & extern)
Erstellung von Präsentationen, Sales-Unterlagen und Briefing-Dokumenten
Ggf. Unterstützung vor Ort in Berlin während der Messe
Das bringst Du mit:
Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaft, Verwaltung, Data Management, Medien, Kommunikation o. ä.)
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, besonders im Umgang mit Daten
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken oder CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
