We're hiring: Project Manager - European Retail Program (m/f/d)
We're scaling our European operations and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the rollout of a pan-European retail program for one of the world's largest tech brands.
This is not a support role. You will own your workstream end-to-end from setup and stakeholder alignment to execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple markets. If you thrive on accountability, tight timelines, and cross-functional coordination, this is for you.
What you'll own:
Full project lifecycle management for retail program initiatives across Europe
Stakeholder coordination across markets, internal teams, and client contacts
KPI tracking, progress reporting, and proactive risk management
Timeline ownership with clear deliverables
Acting as the single point of accountability between agency and key stakeholders
What we need from you:
Proven project management experience - you've led projects independently, not just supported them
A track record of owning outcomes: deadlines met, stakeholders managed, results delivered
Hands-on experience in consumer electronics - you know the retail landscape, the product cycles, and the pace
Fluent in English is essential
One additional European language preferred
Confident working with cross-functional and international teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced agency and/or brand environment
Nice to have:
Experience with retail advocacy, field marketing, or training programs
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
