Job description

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Human Resources team as a Communication & Engagement Executive at our Cwmbran site

Your Role

As a Communication & Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in delivering internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate social responsibility activities that support our strategy and help make Safran Seats GB a great place to work. You will develop compelling content, manage communication channels, support events, and act as a brand ambassador—ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging and aligned with Safran's culture and values.

Candidate skills & requirements

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • Minimum two years' experience within internal/external communications or a related role

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, producing high‑quality written material with minimal input

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging copy for different audiences and channels

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple time‑limited projects

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver to agreed standards

  • Action‑orientated mindset with the initiative to propose solutions

Desirable

  • Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in event organisation and management
