Job description
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Human Resources team as a Communication & Engagement Executive at our Cwmbran site
Your Role
As a Communication & Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in delivering internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate social responsibility activities that support our strategy and help make Safran Seats GB a great place to work. You will develop compelling content, manage communication channels, support events, and act as a brand ambassador—ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging and aligned with Safran's culture and values.

Candidate skills & requirements
What You'll Bring
Essential
Minimum two years' experience within internal/external communications or a related role
Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, producing high‑quality written material with minimal input
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging copy for different audiences and channels
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple time‑limited projects
Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver to agreed standards
Action‑orientated mindset with the initiative to propose solutions
Desirable
Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience in event organisation and management
