Logan Health Cut Bank is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our rehabilitation services team in delivering high-quality care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of needs. What You’ll Do
Assist with the implementation and progression of individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Provide physical therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans, department standards, and scope of practice
Support care for a variety of patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Document treatments accurately, including therapy units billed and time associated with patient care
Communicate patient concerns, changes in condition, and treatment updates promptly and professionally to the supervising Physical Therapist and care team
Respond effectively to changing patient needs and daily workflow demands while maintaining a calm, organized, and patient-centered approach
Help promote a safe, efficient, and supportive rehabilitation environment for patients and colleagues
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license required
Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with familiarity with electronic medical records
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with patients, providers, and staff
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Day shift | 8-hour shifts
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are based on the needs of the department and organization and may be adjusted as needed.
