We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Apple Services Commerce team, with a focus on establishing an AI platform to power the next generation of Commerce features.
Our Commerce Product team drive development of features used by over a billion users around the world to purchase and access incredible services provided by Apple and third-party developers. The capabilities the team leads include pricing, promotions, core transaction handling, tax compliance and customer support.
We are developing a unified AI platform to accelerate the next generation of digital commerce experiences. As the founding Product Manager on this team, you'll shape platform capability prioritization, define product requirements, and drive adoption across commerce capabilities. This is a platform role — your customers are the PMs and engineers across commerce who will consume your platform to ship more intelligent features faster.
An ideal candidate is an experienced Product Manager with a history leading development of platform or AI features at scale. Comfort engaging with engineering partners on technical details while also partnering with fellow PMs within the organization to understand customer-facing feature roadmaps is also essential.
Description
As a product manager, you will play a leading role in the development of the AI platform that will power the next generation of commerce features for Apple Services.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
2+ years building platform products or developer tools
Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML technologies
Strong technical fluency (ability to engage with engineers on architecture decisions)
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- Shipped AI/ML-powered products at scale
