We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our Wallets, Payments, and Commerce Engineering team.

Description

You will provide executive support to leaders in Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with flexibility, good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact, grow your skills, and have fun in this challenging and exciting role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership

  • Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, navigating multi-layered or conflicting demands, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts

  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting VP, SVP, or C-level executives in the technology industry

  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and coordinating complex events across multiple regions

  • Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions with a knack for handling conflict and diverse personalities

  • Proficiency in Apple products including Calendar, Numbers, and Keynote

  • AA or BS degree
