We are looking for a Senior Employee Engagement Manager who is responsible for developing strategy and driving programs that foster connection, inclusion, and high performance across the organization. This role is part of and supports Services Operations, which serves as the backbone of Apple Services, supporting all of the world’s content with expert quality and limitless scale.

In this role, you will own and design initiatives, experiences, and communications that strengthen employee connection, amplify culture, and support business outcomes. This role also supports the wider Music, Sports, Beats, and International organization that leads core media products across Services. With support from the creative and product teams, you’ll drive the end-to-end execution of programs from inception to post-launch. This role will be critical in shaping a consistent and scalable program across teams.

Description

Develop and lead a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational priorities

Design and execute high-impact programs and experiences that foster connection, recognition, and belonging

Translate business needs into actionable engagement initiatives at both global and local levels

Lead planning and delivery of employee events, milestones, and cultural moments

Develop and scale recognition programs that reinforce Apple’s values and behaviors

Support onboarding and key employee lifecycle moments to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience

Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with employees

Elevate employee voices through storytelling, content, and campaigns

Define and track engagement metrics and KPIs (participation, sentiment, retention indicators)

Partner with the product team to build tools that support key efforts

Collaborate closely with the People team, leadership, and functional teams

Advise leaders on best practices to engage and motivate their teams

Maintain consistency through Apple design standards

Establish the operational structure needed to scale this program

Negotiate priorities with stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR programs, or a related field

  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable engagement initiatives

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience working with and guiding design and product teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • This role is an in-person, onsite position

  • Available to work nights and weekends as needed

  • Up to 20%+ domestic and international travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize while working under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently and accomplishing goals despite ambiguity

  • Experience connecting with and supporting senior leaders and executives

  • Experience within a global or large-scale organization

  • Strong storytelling and content development capabilities

  • Familiarity with employee engagement tools, surveys, and analytics

  • Passion for creating meaningful employee experiences that drive impact

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
