Job Description
We are seeking a driven Engineering Program Manager to support high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives on a 6‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, partners seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, and delivers results with precision.
Pay Range for this role is: $55 - $65 depending on years of experience and education

Skills and Requirements
Strong program management fundamentals with a proven ability to drive roadmaps, milestones, and on‑time delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience aligning large, cross‑functional stakeholder groups
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, context‑switch effectively, and prioritize in dynamic environments
Solid understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, or data‑driven decision‑making
Self‑starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and proactively identify risks and solutions
Bay Area–based professional able to collaborate closely with onsite teams
