Job Description
The Onboard Connectivity Manager is responsible for managing device connectivity, monitoring trouble, assessing and resolving issues with real-time data coming into the Connected Fleet platform. The Onboard Connectivity Manager will partner with IT, maintenance team, application development teams, telematics service providers (TSPs) and customers to ensure data is received as expected, perform connectivity assessments and formulate mitigation plans where necessary. This individual will also establish and maintain solid working relationships with new and existing telematics service providers. This role will need to execute process flows to support operations. This role will have the responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of Specialists.

Skills and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree in a computer or data related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or data management
• 3-5 years of experience managing a multidisciplinary team
• General experience with (sensor monitoring) hardware preferred
• Experience using data visualization tools preferred
• Experience working with IT to resolve technical issues
• Experience managing critical vendor relationships
• General understanding of data management preferred
• Experience working with computer and/or network hardware troubleshooting preferred
• Knowledge of data security best practices preferred
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required.
