Are you a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Washington with strong customer service skills and call center experience?
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity in Seattle, WA with room to grow into multiple pharmacy functions!
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Rate : $25-$ 27.95/hr
Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (shifts may vary between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Full-time | 40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare partners
• Assist with prior authorization processes using established criteria
• Route clinical questions to pharmacists as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and inventory records
• Support pharmacy production operations
This role starts in production but offers cross-training in:
Patient outreach
Intake
Shipping
Prior authorizations
What We’re Looking For
• Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License (REQUIRED)
• High-volume call center/customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (phone + written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Pay Details: $27.95 to $27.00 per hour
