ManpowerGroup Technical Project Manager in Culver City, California
Our client, a leading organization in the streaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the CRM Operations team supporting global messaging campaigns and product launches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $100/hr - $112/hr
What's the Job?
Manage the intake, prioritization, and coordination of global CRM requests across multiple regions and teams.
Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans for CRM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate technical efforts between CRM platforms, engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Lead launch planning, execution, and post-launch monitoring to ensure successful deployment of campaigns and features.
Maintain clear communication channels and provide executive-level status updates on project progress and risks.
What's Needed?
5+ years of enterprise-level program or project management experience.
Experience working with CRM, MarTech, or customer lifecycle platforms, specifically Braze.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong technical fluency with systems, data flows, and platform dependencies.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
