The Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios organization is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant II who is self-driven, highly organized, resourceful and proactive to support a VP on the Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios Core Technology team. This role requires attention-to-detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The Executive Assistant II will act as a seamless extension of the directors and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to create a positive working relationship across the Executive Assistant community with this org and the wider Primer Video org. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level on integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the team.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
• Arrange domestic and international travel including coordination for conferences
• Manage expense report coordination and submission for the VP
• Manage and maintaining the organization’s purchasing card
• Organize, execute and assist with team activities and mechanisms such as staff meetings, town halls, off-sites, etc.
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items
• Understand business priorities and proactively improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
• Act as a liaison for the VPs’ direct reports
• Coordinate workspace planning in partnership with Facilities and leadership, including space allocation, seating assignments, and office space reconfigurations
• Work on ad hoc projects with the VP and Chief of Staff as needed
• Build relationships with the leadership team, executive assistants and other business partners to support the organization
• Serve as the acting Lead EA for the VP’s org’s executive assistants
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
