Office Clerk
Transdev in Cuba, NY is hiring an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Non-CBA Position:
Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.00/Hr. – Maximum $18.00/Hr.
Benefits include:
Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
Sick days: 5 days
Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities :
Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates.
Prepare contract correspondence, monthly reports, and schedules.
Administer accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
Coordinate required reports at the contract level.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Office, data entry, or administrative experience plus.
Experience with MS office products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements :
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day).
Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch for files or equipment stored at ground level.
