What You’ll Do
As an Entry‑Level Welder, you’ll help manufacture steel and aluminum components used in consumer and industrial products . This role is ideal for welders looking to strengthen their skills in a production setting while working with experienced teammates.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum parts
Set up welding equipment and make basic adjustments
Change welding wire spools and tips as needed
Weld parts according to blueprints and specifications
Perform visual inspections and take measurements to ensure quality
Grind excess weld material and remove burrs when required
Move materials and finished parts to designated areas
Track daily production (part numbers & quantities)
Report equipment issues and material shortages to supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Entry‑level to early‑career MIG welding experience
Welding certificate required
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Familiarity with fabrication and flux core welding is a plus
Comfortable welding 16–12 gauge steel

Includes a 5‑hour Saturday shift

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
