ARROW POS, INC Technical Support Specialist in Crown Point, Indiana
Arrow POS is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level support for our proprietary point-of-sale software. Duties include troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues; supporting customers remotely via a ticketing system; documenting issues and resolutions; and escalating complex cases as needed. Requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and familiarity with Windows OS and basic hardware. Military IT experience and CompTIA certifications are a plus. On-site role with rotating shifts and full training provided.
