Drew Benson Agricultural Equipment Operator in Crosby, North Dakota

ND job order 925606 Temporary seasonal position from 4/14/2026 to 11/1/2026 We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, wheat, oats, barley, sunflower, and canola crop production season. Employees will be responsible for performing all assigned duties related to planting, cultivating, maintaining, and harvesting these crops, as well as general farm and equipment operations. Job duties include preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, seed drills, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting activities; applying fertilizer and pesticide solutions to control insects, weeds, fungus, and disease; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or using conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, and hand trucks; loading hoppers, containers, and conveyors; adjusting and monitoring machinery controls; observing equipment operation to detect malfunctions; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; recording agricultural data as required; diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues; disassembling, repairing, fabricating, replacing, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling machinery parts using hand tools, machine tools, and welding equipment; and performing other general farm duties as assigned. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination., Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, Must have a regular driver's license. Require 3 months experience.
