TEKsystems Database Marketing Manager in Cripple Creek, Colorado
Description: This role owns the marketing database and drives data‑driven player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, analytics, and targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include managing direct marketing execution, database integrity, performance reporting, and compliance within a regulated gaming environment. Ideal for someone with casino CRM experience who enjoys blending analytics, strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Ideal candidate for this role needs to have a casino-operations background
The client is open to someone PRIMARILY remote with the ability to travel onsite a minimum of once a quarter. The work site is in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
It is a contract to hire with a target max of $115k conversion salary.
Responsibilities
Managing direct marketing execution
Database integrity
Performance reporting
Compliance within a regulated gaming environment
Owns workflow from campaign concept → segmentation → offer setup → creative → vendor handoff → drop date → reporting
Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
Skills
Prior Casino or gaming industry experience
End to end project management of direct marketing campaigns
Database marketing execution and segmentation
Campaign analytics and reporting
Vendor coordination and QA/proofing
Strong Excel (pivot tables, structured reporting)
Owns workflow from campaign concept → segmentation → offer setup → creative → vendor handoff → drop date → reporting
Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
Comfortable working with casino management systems and marketing databases
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Synkros
Exposure to SQL (not required)
QCI or CRM platform experience
Experience in loyalty, hospitality, or rewards programs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
