Description:You will be an Aircraft Mechanic II for our Special Operations Forces Global Logistic Support Services (SOF GLSS) team, based in Crestview, FL. Our team is responsible for modifying military aircraft and ground vehicles to meet the evolving operational needs of the SOF community.
What You Will Be Doing
-The applicant must have the experience and ability to perform the following: Read/comprehend complex Mechanical drawings, troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with company drawings, procedures and specifications.
-The Aircraft Mechanic III will work closely with Team Leads to ensure aircraft is delivered on time and within budget.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of sheet metal experience performing aircraft modifications or demonstrated aptitude.
Employee must have a knowledge base and experience in general aviation maintenance practices.
Strong aptitude to read and interpret complex aircraft mechanical drawings - Blueprints, TCTOs, Supplemental Work Instructions, Service Bulletins, Installation Drawings, ETC
Experience with installation and removal of special fasteners and tooling
Able to perform with demands of precise set limits, tolerances, or standards.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all
