Duties:
Draft and prepare budgets, invoices, quotes, and purchase orders.
Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and field supervisors.
Receive, sort, and distribute physical and electronic correspondence.
Follow up on emails and requests from clients or contractors.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including employee and project record.
Prepare and send checks to suppliers, workers, and subcontractors.
40 hours per week.
Foreign Labor Certification.
24 months of experience required.
No education required.
Annual salary: $49,795.00.
