Clean Harbors Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift in Cranston, Rhode Island
Clean Harbors in North Kingstown, R I is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team! The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs at the facility (no travel is required) industrial processing equipment. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with an excellent commitment to health & safety. Drivers License is required.
Work Schedule: 2 nd Shift 2:30 pm-11:00 pm Monday- Friday

Pay Rate: $ 25.00 per hours, BOE

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
Disassemble/Reassemble facility equipment to examine or repair
Performing preventive maintenance such as changing the oil and servicing the coolant.
Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective component(s)
Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to insure proper operation
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hydraulic system repair experience
Maintenance mechanic experience
Heavy equipment repair experience
Ability to work overtime as needed
Valid Drivers’ License
Ability to use a cutting rig
Ability to successfully pass mechanical aptitude testing
Proficient with computers and systems
Knowledge of the industry’s latest technology or having experience working with electronics
Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards
