About the role: As a Director, Leadership Development & Readiness, you will design a comprehensive leadership development strategy. This strategy will build enterprise leadership capabilities, accelerate the growth of high-potential talent, and strengthen the leadership pipeline at all levels. You will also implement this strategy. You will shape leadership philosophy, drive signature development experiences, and partner with business and HR leaders to ensure leadership readiness is aligned to Westinghouse's strategic priorities. You will report to the Head of Talent. This is a 100% remote role. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Development Strategy
Define and execute a multi-year leadership development strategy aligned to our priorities and future workforce needs
Build a unified leadership capability model and development framework
Use workforce and talent analytics to identify capability gaps and target interventions Program Design & Delivery
Design and deliver signature leadership development program that blend experiential learning, coaching, assessments, stretch assignments, and peer learning
Partner with external experts, vendors, to bring in modern leadership practices and content
Leverage learning platforms and modalities including cohorts and simulations to scale learning globally
Ensure all programs are inclusive, accessible, and reflect organizations leadership values
Elevate all talent programs (Early career, mid-level, executive) based on needed futuristic skills for WEC Leadership Development
Lead development experiences for senior leaders and executives, including onboarding, enterprise leadership programs, and executive coaching engagements
Partner with HRBPs to build manager capability through scaled programs and toolkits, driving consistent leadership behaviors across the organization.
Oversee large-scale projects to implement and scale based on leadership needs Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define KPIs and impacts (e.g. program NPS, promotion velocity, readiness scores) to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI
Use data and feedback to refine development strategies and demonstrate business impact
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in organizational development, HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness for a global company
Experience working with and coaching senior executives, formal coaching certification a plus
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,000 to $180,000 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
