About the role: As a Change Management Lead - Project Controls you will coordinate the Change Management program on Westinghouse projects. You will be part of the Project Controls Program. The CML has the responsibility of ensuring all project changes that impact cost and schedule for the project are promptly identified, incorporated into the project cost and schedule programs. The CML oversees the Project Impact Notices (PINs) program that is the basis for incorporating changes into the Project Controls systems. The CML leads several related meetings whose attendees include senior management and members from all project functions.
You will report to the Director - APX and work a remote schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
You will maintain knowledge of contract changes and their status. The CML coordinates with the Westinghouse project team and with the Client to maintain knowledge of the contract changes and their potential impact on the project cost and schedule. The CML is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the Westinghouse input to the project Trend Program. The Trend Program is an early warning program. The Trend program looks for early identification of issues that may affect any aspect of scope, quality, cost, and schedule for the project. The CML participates in identifying and documenting project trends by working with project team members and maintains a Trend Register that the CML presents in regular meetings with the Client. Qualifications: 15+ years of project controls experience within the industry with increased levels of complexity. Experience in project controls lead positions and knowledge of technical/engineering. 10= years' experience coordinating with all levels of employees including senior management and the client. Lead and solve high-level problems and participate in complex decision-making.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
