Duties may include: Perform various field work duties involved in the production of various plants/\ produce. Plant, transplant, weed, thin, hoe, harvest, maintain, and other required tasks. Sort, wash,\ pack, prepare crops for storing and shipping. Transport, deliver crops from field to farm and/or retail\ stand. Transport, deliver crops for storing and shipping. Cut brush and other vegetation in and around\ fields, buildings, and equipment. May assemble wreaths with harvested materials. Operate, load,\ maintain, repair, unload trucks, tractors and other farm vehicles, implements and trailers. Operate,\ maintain, repair vegetable washing, grading, sorting equipment. Will set up, maintain, and operate\ varied irrigation equipment. 30-minute meal break. Crops include: mixed organic vegetables, fruits,\ and herbs. Must have two months of experience in farm work, such as, harvesting, planting, grading,\ and greenhouse production. Must be able to perform job duties to employer\'s satisfaction. Must be\ able to comply with instructions from supervisors. Must behave in a courteous, professional manner.\ Daily start/ end times will vary depending on crop and other conditions. Repairs and maintains farm\ worker housing and structures & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092\ (onetonline.org).

The employer will furnish cooking facilities, utilities, and utensils for workers to prepare their\ own meals in the housing provided kitchen. Included basic appliances will consist of, but is not\ limited to, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink with hot and cold-water connections.All appliances\ included will be in good, working condition for the workers. Employer will provide transportation\ to grocery store at least once a week for workers who wish to shop for food.
