ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Coxsackie, New York
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator- Manufacturing to join their team. As a Machine Operator- Manufacturing, you will be part of the production department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator - Manufacturing
Location: West Coxsackie, NY
Pay Range: $23.00hr + Overtime
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate several types of cutting machines in a continuous flow manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.
Identify process disruptions or malfunctions and make minor adjustments according to standard operating procedures and protocols.
Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures defined by the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries.
Monitor the manufacturing process using meters, gauges, and related controls to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
What's Needed?
Must be at least 18 years or older.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have at least 1-3 years of machine operating experience
Ability to perform physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials up to 50+ lbs.
