MultiCare utilizes EPIC for all electronic medical records.Department productivity standard is currently 69% for 8-hour day with expectation of 7-9 patients seen per day. All employees are expected to cross-cover both Auburn and Covington Medical Centers, so training occurs for both sites in the first month or two. Per diem staff are also expected to work a minimum of 1 holiday per year and be able to complete mandatory education/training during non-shift hours, but on the clock. FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.
