First Shift | Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay : 17/hr
Position Summary:
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience within a laboratory environment. The role supports sample and standard handling processes, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination of materials within the Sample Management department. You will work closely with laboratory teams while following established SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and client procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sample handling and inventory tracking activities including receipt, check-in, labeling, storage, transport, and distribution
Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with SOPs and compliance standards
Support day-to-day administrative functions within Sample Management
Communicate task status and updates to supervisors and laboratory personnel
Train on SOPs, regulatory requirements, and proper storage/handling procedures
Assist with monitoring environmental conditions and responding to unit alarms as needed
Complete assignments accurately, efficiently, and in a safe manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus
0–1 year of relevant experience in a lab, warehouse, or regulated environment preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and follow detailed procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
