IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT, Onboarding, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure asset data accuracy and process consistency.
Support asset lifecycle management activities, including hardware and software asset tracking and compliance.
Assist in optimizing asset management workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Use ServiceNow to support the automation and enhancement of asset-related processes.
Help translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and process enhancements.
IT Support Specialist Qualifications:
Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar asset management systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and business needs.
Familiarity with hardware and software asset management practices.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams.
Prior experience supporting IT asset lifecycle processes is preferred.
