Construction Project Managers at ATC are trusted leaders responsible for delivering some of the most critical utility-scale infrastructure projects in the region. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through construction to project close-out. Project Managers at ATC are strong promoters of the safety and regulatory compliance, and balance project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

Essential Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Lead cross-functional project teams including ATC personnel, contractors, consultants, and supplemental resources.
Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with environmental, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
Partner with internal teams to develop andmaintainaccurateproject cost estimates and forecasts.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, cost variances, and project risk and contingency.
Oversee engineering, design, and construction activities performed by third-party vendors.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, resolve issues, and approve invoices.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, ora relateddiscipline,or equivalent experience.
6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Preference for candidates with 3+ years of transmission construction or project management experience.
Proven leadership in technical and construction environments.
Strong vendor and contractor oversight capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
Strategic thinker who can act tactically to deliver results.

The targeted base pay for this position is $103,400 to $120,600 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more .
*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
