It looks like you have a busy schedule ahead as a part-time producer/editor working on podcasts! Responsibilities: 1. Schedule and record all podcasts 2. Ensure audio and video are up to standard and reflect SMML broadcast quality standards requirements 3. Check to make sure all commercials are included in each show 4. Upload all shows every Tuesday by 10 a.m. including descriptions, graphics and hashtags 5. Double check all platforms to ensure that podcasts have been posted and are the correct episode with matching description. If podcasts don't pop up, submit a help ticket to try and fix the problem. 6. Provide links and promotional clips to all podcasters and show guests by Wednesday at 10 a.m. 7. Create YouTube shorts linking the clips to the whole podcast. Make sure the podcast hosts have the link to the YouTube shorts. 8. If an episode is missing, work with the podcaster to make sure the show gets recorded and uploaded prior to the 10 a.m. deadline on Tuesdays 9. Respond within 24-hours to any inquiry by hosts and guests 10. Be able to edit video and audio fluently 11. Know how to snatch down YouTube video clips 12. Weekly meeting with Sheletta 13. Work with Sheletta and producers every month to go over best-practices and any concerns 14. Find online training courses for producers 15. Join professional development groups and get sign up to get emails from groups and organizations that cater to podcasters and podcast editors 16. Review YouTube Data Weekly 17. Yearly, grab the Top 3 Episodes per Podcast and send to Podcasters. 18. Upload YouTube Shorts. 19. Increase YouTube Subscriptions and Engagement.
